What will be your daily pursuit?

Operating our shuttle, ensuring staff arrive safely between Maligne Lake and Jasper, AB

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this position is $19.50/hour + $0.50/hour retention bonus for every regular hour worked. 

When does this adventure begin?

This role begins May 7, and runs until October 17, 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  • Safely and legally operate a 24-passenger bus to Maligne Lake several times a day
  • Provide courteous service to passengers
  • Keep an accurate daily driver log in compliance with Ministry of Transportation regulations
  • Perform daily vehicle checks to keep buses in good working order
  • Ensure vehicle is fueled and fluids are topped up; ensure vehicle is clean

Handle deliveries within Jasper and to/from Maligne Lake

  • Help in other departments as needed

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Ideally Class 4 license or higher (or Class 5 license with ability to get Class 4 license – we will provide the training)
  • 2+ years' driving experience
  • To be covered by our insurance you must be at least 21 years of age
  • Experience pulling a trailer an asset
  • Positive and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to lift packages of moderate weight
