What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this wage is dependent on experience. 

When does this adventure begin?

This position begins April 2, and runs until October 24, 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  • Inputting of orders for Chalet, Altitude, Staff Camp, GVL & Starbucks
  • Inventory preparedness for CIF F&B and Starbucks
  • Maintain inventory and invoice tracking, through Craftable inventory program and manual spreadsheets
  • Seasonal inputs and maintenance of inventory control programs
  • Coordinate and maintain group bookings for all outlets in conjunction with the reservations team and the Outlets Manager
  • Run RTP reports daily for buffet numbers, double check with dispatch numbers are accurate and hand deliver to Executive Chef, FB Manager and Outlets Manager
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Receiving of all orders with the Shipper/Receiver, ensuring accuracy – mirroring days off
  • Maintain Monthly inventory documents as well as assisting in inventory count, including invoice coding, inventory input and inventory reconciliation with Executive Chef
  • Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
  • 3+ years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
  • Micros/Optimum knowledge
  • Cash handling experience
  • Proven ability to handle training and hiring
