What will be your daily pursuit?

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Pursuit’s Marketing Operations Team, maintaining platforms, resources, and processes to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. Reporting to the Senior Account and Projects Manager, the Marketing Operations, Coordinator will oversee asset management, platform administration, and standard operating procedure (SOP) maintenance, as well as provide project management and administrative support to the marketing team.

What will your compensation be?

$50,000 - $55,000 CAD + Benefits

What will you do in this job?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Asset Management & Documentation
    • Maintain and organize photo and video assets using a Digital Asset library.
    • Ensure brand guides are up-to-date and organized.
    • Organize and update standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation.
  2. Project Management Support
    • Provide project management support for creative and copy initiatives.
    • Assist in sourcing and organizing photo content for campaigns and content projects.
    • Provide PM support across creative, content/copy, and other marketing projects.
    • Coordinate marketing projects, including platform updates and web-related tasks
  3. Platform Administration
    • Manage access, audits, and permissions for digital platforms.
    • Oversee enterprise subscription platforms, including documentation of service agreements, membership levels, and renewals.
    • Perform user profile audits and ensure timely removal of retired accounts.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training programs on marketing tools and platforms.
    • Ensure consistent training and updates for platform users.
  4. Marketing Operations & Administration
    • Process invoices and provide administrative support for the Calgary Revenue Office.
    • Oversee recurring account maintenance and platform upkeep.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Bynder, SharePoint, and Asana would be considered an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with platform management, including access controls and subscription renewals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equal industry experience.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and creative individual.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
