The Manager, People & Culture – Banff (P&C) is a key leader in driving P&C initiatives across our businesses, including the Banff Gondola, Lake Minnewanka, Banff Lodging, and Transportation Team in Banff, as well as the Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton, and Golden Skybridge in Golden. This role is responsible for supporting every aspect of the employee experience—from onboarding and recognition to training and employee relations. Additionally, this role also oversees Banff-based staff housing operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and positive living environment for over 300 employees. This role reports to the Director, People & Culture for the Banff Jasper Collection (BJC).
This position is based in Banff, AB with occasional travel required to Waterton, AB & Golden, BC
The starting salary for this position will be dependent on experience.
