What will be your daily pursuit?

Room Checkers hold the key to creating a restful and relaxing stay for our guests. They have the essential role of making sure every room is clean and sanitized for guests to recharge after their adventures.

When does this adventure begin?

This is a full-time, year-round role beginning July 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas (e.g., sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, polish)

  • Make beds, change linens, restock towels, toiletries, and amenities

  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings; empty trash and pick up debris

  • Ensure proper furniture placement and room setup

  • Assist with guest luggage (up to 30kg) and laundry tasks (folding towels/linens)

  • Restock linen closets and supply areas

  • Report/store lost & found items; communicate room status with Front Desk

  • Support housekeeping operations, including staff training and oversight

  • Interact with guests by providing area/facility info and addressing minor complaints

  • Perform room checks to ensure standards are met

  • Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience
  • Must have strong English communication skills
  • Ability to train and give direction
  • Neat in appearance
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
