What will be your daily pursuit?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Partner Operations Coordinator to support our Travel Trade (Group and FIT) and MICE partners across multiple hotels and attractions across North America.

In this role, you’ll manage reservations from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an excellent partner experience. You’ll act as the central liaison between our partners and internal teams, keeping operations running seamlessly and ensuring our partners’ confidence in every interaction.

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this role is $19.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

  • Manage reservations from initial inquiry to final touchpoint across multiple locations and services.
    • Enter, modify, and cancel bookings as required.
    • Enter and maintain rooming lists.
    • Monitor booking accuracy and perform quality checks to maintain partner satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners via email and phone.
  • Support issue and complaint resolution promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Maintain accurate data and communication records within systems and tools.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a service-first approach in a dynamic, seasonal environment.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Previous experience in reservations, hospitality operations, or the travel/tourism industry & systems is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Guest- and partner-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and contribute new ideas for improvement.
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
